before i get started...

i did a crazy thing today. i went to one of our local community colleges to get career advice, and ended up registering for three business classes (15 credits). i was an english lit major, so i didn't take very many business classes when i was in college, and now i'm finding that i kinda need them in order to find a job. either that, or i have no skillz, which i refuse to believe. or it could be that my resume sucks, and i'm working on that, too. anyway, in this state when you are unemployed there is this thing called "worker retraining" where the state pays for you to take classes. i'm taking advantage of it.
but you know, i'm a little overwhelmed right now because this was a snap decision and the quarter has already started. in one case i've already missed week one! i'm almost afraid to log in to see how much i've missed, and what i have to look forward too...
i better get to it! i've got a lot to figure out tonight.
